Sail Paradise

With our location near Southport Marina, see Australia’s most impressive yachts as they pass through during Sail Paradise 2020! A regatta to be held over four days, Bartercard Sail Paradise is a top spectacle for yachters and aspiring boat owners, which will involve offshore performance racing and a number of onshore events at Southport Yacht Club, such as Gill Fashion Parade 2020, live music and daily yacht presentations.

Movies Under the Stars

Movies Under the Stars is one of the Gold Coast’s most popular free events and it’s coming near our Southport Broadwater accommodation this summer. Round up the kids and head to Chinatown Southport for a free showing of Ratatouille on a large outdoor screen, complete with snack vendors and a program of pre-movie kids activities and entertainment.

One Love Festival

In the Broadwater Parklands, a 10-minute drive from Pelican Cove, enjoy an exclusive summer festival featuring an all-day lineup of reggae superstars. Coming straight from New Zealand for the first time ever, One Love Festival Gold Coast is the must-attend concert for summer 2020, featuring one huge stage in the park with live performances from Shaggy, Sean Paul, Toots and the Maytals plus more!
