Booking Terms & Conditions
* A deposit of $200 (low & holiday season) or $400 (high season) is required to confirm the booking and secure the dates.
* A booking is only confirmed once a deposit has been received.
* Flexible Payment Plans are now available. Please ask our friendly staff for more details.
* Verbal quotes are valid for 24 hours only.
* The person making the booking is over 18 years, accepts the Terms & Conditions on behalf of them & their guests and will be the person checking-in
* Check-in time is from 2pm
* Check-out is 10am
* Upon check-in photo id matching the guest name of the booking, $200 pre-authorisation on credit card or $200 cash for security purposes and the balance of accommodation is to be paid.
* Payment of balance of accommodation
* Pre-authorisation on a Visa or Mastercard (no debit cards) will lapse after 7 days. The amount will affect your available funds balance or spending limit
* We can not release, remove or lower the pre-authorised amount or days, as this is a restrication by the bank and can’t be negotiated
* For a no show on day of arrival with no contact to Reception, there will be no refund
* Once guests have checked into the apartment there will be no refund, unless authorised at the Managers discretion
* cash, eftpos (chq or sav), bank transfer (deposit, full amount or balance at least 7 days prior to arrival) or credit card (Visa or Mastercard accepted)
* Low & Holiday Season – If the booking is cancelled 14 days or more, there will be a refund of monies paid, less a $50 administration fee. If the cancellation is 14 days or less to the arrival date, there will be no refund of the deposit
* High Season – If the booking is cancelled 30 days or more, there will be a refund of monies paid, less a $50 administration fee. If the cancellation is 30 days or less to the arrival date, there will be no refund of the deposit
Administration fee covers processing, receipting, banking of the original booking, then cancellation of the booking, refunding, postal and bank charges
* Whilst care is taken to ensure that the description of facilities and services of Pelican Cove are accurate, there are times when apartments, facilities, services may be changed, upgraded or on occasion taken out of service. Property room photos may not be specific to actual room allocated. Photo’s are indicative only. Apartments are individually owned.
Rates for 1 bedroom apartments are for 1 or 2 adults max. Rates for 2 bedroom apartments are for up to & including 4 people using existing bedding. Maximum occupancy 5 people – extra person/bed $30 per night. Rates for 3 bedroom apartments are for up to & including 6 people using existing bedding. Maximum occupancy 7 people – extra person/bed $30 per night. Children aged 2 and under are free (using existing bedding). Cots for hire $10 per night / High chair for hire $5 per night
