If you’re into vintage motorcycles, then make sure to catch the Vintage Japanese Motorcycle Club of Australia National Rally Show in Oxenford this May – set to take place just moments away from our Biggera Waters accommodation.

Established in 1983, the Vintage Japanese Motorcycle Club of Australia is made up of motorcyclists with a passion for the preservation, restoration and riding of Japanese motorcycles that are over 15 years old. The Vintage Motorcycle Club also branches in Australia, New Zealand, North America and the UK, and has been part of a number of successful international events in which they've showcased hundreds of classic Japanese motorcycles to other motorcycling enthusiasts as well as the general public.

This 2019, the Vintage Motorcycle Club of Australia will come to the Gold Coast with a magnificent display of Japanese motorcycles from the likes of Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Yamaha, Lilac, Meguro, Bridgestone and more, with some dating back more than 60 years. The Show and Shine event will allow visitors to see and get up close with rare and iconic motorcycles, as well as meet other likeminded motorcycling hobbyists with a taste for vintage.

The National Rally Show and Shine is free to attend, and will have plenty of drinks and snacks onsite at Bazza’s Bar.

Head to the coast so you don’t miss the Vintage Japanese Motorcycle Club of Australia National Rally Show and Shine at the Australian Outback Spectacular’s Heartland in Oxenford on Saturday, May 18.
